Our Story
Rooted in depth
KHOR is a modern Armenian table: age-old ingredients and technique, reimagined with a contemporary hand. The name means depth — and that is what we plate.
We cook from the Armenian highlands outward — lavash blistered over fire, apricot and pomegranate, mountain herbs and aged matsun — but the plate is unmistakably now: precise, restrained, quietly bold.
The kitchen is small and led by hand. Everything is made in-house each day, from the lavash to the last spoon of sorbet, by a team that treats a Tuesday dinner like an occasion.
