KHOR keeps data collection to the minimum needed to take your reservation. This page explains what we collect through the booking form, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

What we collect

When you reserve a table we collect only what the booking requires:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Party size, and the date and time you choose
• Any notes you add (optional)

We do not ask for payment details to book.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to create and manage your reservation and to send confirmation emails — one to you and one to the restaurant. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing.

Where it is processed

Two service providers process this data strictly on our behalf:

• Supabase — stores the reservation record in our database.
• Resend — delivers the confirmation emails.

These providers process the information only to perform these functions and under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention

Reservation records are kept for as long as needed to manage bookings and for reasonable operational and accounting purposes, then removed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

This site does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
